The Graham & Co is a 20-room boutique hotel in Phoenicia, NY — where the Catskill Mountains, a storied hamlet, and design-led hospitality come together.
The Graham & Co started from a simple conviction: the Catskills deserve a place to stay that feels as considered as the landscape around it.
Phoenicia is a hamlet with deep roots — a former tannery town turned artists' enclave, surrounded by mountains, trout streams, and some of the most accessible wilderness on the East Coast. The property sits on Route 214, close enough to Main Street to walk, far enough from the city to exhale.
We designed every room with natural light, quality materials, and a vintage-modern sensibility that nods to the region's history without copying it. From a standalone bungalow for families to social bunk rooms for groups, the mix is intentional — because not every trip to the mountains looks the same.
Beyond the rooms, the property offers communal spaces where guests converge naturally: a heated pool, Finnish sauna, fire pits, lounge areas, and guest bicycles for exploring town and the rail trail along Esopus Creek. Weddings, retreats, and group gatherings have their own lane, planned around your vision.
And then there's the shop — Catskills-inspired apparel and collaborations with makers who share the same sensibility. Pieces meant to carry a bit of the mountains home with you.
